Amazing service. All that and a bag of chips! Joe and his team moved my parlor grand down 4 flights of stairs, no damage to the building or the piano. Relatively affordable (when is moving a piano ever affordable, though). But by the end of it, I was happy to give them my money. Cannot say enough great things about Smooth Moves!
